By placing an order with RSPMEDIAC, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing an order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
You will only use the RSPMEDIAC website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
RSPMEDIAC rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
RSPMEDIAC does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. 
RSPMEDIAC tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

AIM

RSPMEDIAC is created to help social media influencers boost their profile online and also to increase the social media activities of business owners for sales effectiveness.


DISCLAIMER

The-RSPMEDIAC will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

LIABILITIES

RSPMEDIAC is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.


SERVICES

RSPMEDIAC will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" and "Activity" depending on the service you paid for.
We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything into the RSPMEDIAC site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.
Private accounts would not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made to your RSPMEDIAC wallet so you can use your refund to replace your order or a new order if in any case the service you paid for is not delivered.

You agree that once you complete a payment and your wallet has been credited, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. However, if your payment is not added to your wallet, kindly contact the RSPMEDIAC support team, we will resolve your issue within 24hours.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit has been completed or added to your wallet, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from the website. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to you or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

If your orders are placed rightly and for any reason you did not get the value for your service ( NOTE : Every order has a start count, sometimes start count can be delayed due to server issue but will definitely be delivered), kindly contact support if you think your order is taking too long ( Depends on the start count ), you will receive a refund credit to your RSPMEDIAC account if the order is non-deliverable.

Lost or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund, kindly make sure to confirm each and every order before placing it, go through our FAQS to learn more about how to place orders rightly. 

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account and you will be reported to the ANTI FRAUD SQUAD.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page : Every order has a start and end count, using two or more server at the same time will disrupt the start and end count, hence, you will not get the correct number of service paid for.

NOTE : No refill or Refund If link get broken or the profile is disabled/deleted/deactivated/banned or If username is changed.

• Compromise security of the Service;
• Send any unsolicited advertising, spam or any other unauthorised promotional materials;
• Create fake orders to cheat the system

• Any kind of verbal or written insult of RSPMEDIAC member/employee will result in immediate account termination.
• At our at our sole discretion we reserve the right to remove any content if we determine, in our sole discretion, it to be unlawful, offensive, threatening or violating third party copyrights.
